What we collect
What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site (a free preview request, the contact form, or a project questionnaire), we receive what you type. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, town, a link to your business, and your message.
Information about your business. To build a free preview, we gather information that is already public about your business, such as your Google listing, reviews, photos, website, and social pages. This may include the name of the business owner if it appears publicly.
Account and billing information. If you subscribe to our Website Plan, we keep your contact and billing details and the login for your website editor. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Anonymous visit counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Basic server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- reply to you and build the free website preview you asked for;
- provide, bill for, and support your Website Plan;
- send you service messages, such as invoices, updates, and changes to our terms; and
- understand which pages are useful, so we can improve the site.
Your form details are sent to our business email inbox. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Free previews
Your preview is hidden from search engines and stays up for 14 days unless you ask us to keep it longer. If you don't keep it, we delete it. Ask us anytime and we will take it down.
Websites we host for our clients
If you subscribe, we host Your Website and its forms. Information that visitors submit through your website's forms belongs to you. We process it only to deliver it to you and run your website, and we don't use it for our own purposes. You are responsible for your own website's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
This site is hosted by Vercel. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose to book a call, that happens on Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy. These providers handle information only to provide their services.
How long we keep it
We keep preview requests for up to 12 months. We keep customer and billing records for as long as you are a customer and afterward as needed for taxes, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we are required to keep it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law. We will respond to every request we receive. Email anthony@marketingaccesspass.com.
Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top. We will also email active customers about important changes.
